Creating smarter solutions!
•Depending on calculations that have not yet been carried out, heating and cooling are planned to be provided centrally using geothermal heat exchangers. Energy and water are supplied centrally to all residential units via a technical room sunk into the ground, the European Green Cube. This saves on equipment, connections and space in the houses.
•These are the advantages of centralised supply:
•With 8 residential units, an additional space gain of approx. 72 square metres, with average construction costs of approx. 2.600 € per square metre, this results in a potential saving of 187.200 €
•One-off purchase of system technology instead of eight separate purchases (cost and climate advantage)
•50% reduction in connection costs, resulting in savings of approx. 35.000 €.
•Ready for immediate use! No inspection shaft, construction power or service water connections required.
•Accommodation of the entire generation, storage and distribution system, including meter reading technology (smart meters)
•No conflicting processes thanks to centralised control of the systems
•Subsequent retrofitting or modifications (replacement or expansion of system technology) are possible with minimal effort.

Expansion of the 5G network
The expansion of 5G is lagging far behind in many European countries, but especially in Germany. Thousands of radio masts are missing. Here, too, the Green Cube with radio mast and fully equipped IT can be a solution. Especially since it can be easily and quickly integrated into urban areas. One possibility here is to place the Cube in roundabouts.
